do we really need seperate boards for easy and normal? easy isn't really any faster, it just allows you to take more hits and collect less tanks. also, the only difficulty that seems really deserving of its own board is challenge mode and it's currently not listed.

i've made the following changes: rather than separate difficulties into their own boards, simply have one board for each ending and allow for difficulties as a variable. if you think the categories should be seperated into their own board, let me know, but i think this is the cleanest way to handle it. 9 main category boards sounds kind of ridiculous.
