I'm a new runner and can't find anything about them on here. Are emulators for the older consoles not allowed since the in game time is used?
Emulators aren't used on this game. The reasoning for this is due to the PC 2014 versions existing and are better off playing that version. The loads are very incomparable to Actual Hardware or Console or PC (2014). This is why Emulators such as PCSX2, Dolphin or any kind aren't being used. Hopefully this answers your question!
If you absolutely need to run the game on a PC just run the Steam version tbh. It's a decent port and the fastest one.
