Suggestions as in game suggestions or general advice? As far as general advice goes, I would say that you should complete a run as soon as you learn enough speed strats. That gives you a great base to improve on and you'll have a pretty easy goal to beat. Don't be like me and reset time after time because you messed up a little bit before completing a run haha.

Always have fun doing it. :) If your not, it ruins the entire purpose of speedrunning to start with. Good luck!
