Yeah you skip 2 voice dialogue if you turn off player voices

language doesnt matter. if you turn off voice audio you will skip some voicelines what will save you 13 seconds or so

so i recommend playing without any voice audio at all

To be clearer, it skips two voice lines in two missions.

One in Claws of The Cat!, and one in Power Surge!

For the IL leaderboard, turn the dialogue off if you're doing those specific levels, otherwise you can leave it on.

As for the full-game categories, just turn the dialogue off before starting the run, because changing it in-mid run will lose you time due to auto-saving.
