How does the in game times work?
.9 would be 900ms, .09 would be 90ms. The 0 is redundant for 900ms because all we really need to know is that it took 9 10ths of a second.
The in game time shows fractions of a second. 1 tenth of a second (0.1) is 100 ms.
But this site does not allow you enter decimals values for times, so you must convert it to ms.
