I started speedrunning about 1.5 months ago and I would really like to submit one of my runs. Unfortunaly I have no idear how to capture the game....

Do you have any tips for me?

To capture a GBA game the best way is to run it on a GC with the Game Boy Player attachment, and then capture the GameCube the usual way- with an SD capture card.

For streaming all of this you should try using OBS as it is free and fairly easy to use ;)
