The rules for 100% only indicate having to complete the deck of 52 and all faction missions. For one, the second part of that is assumed since you can't get all the cards without completing all missions anyway (save for Allied Nations). But should 100% not also include getting all the Blueprints, Treasures, destroying all the NK monuments and NK listening posts? Or should all collectibles/destructions be its own category?
I think all collectibles/destructions should be its own category. Here's what I think should happen:
Rename current 100% category to "All missions and deck members"
Make a new category of "100%" which includes the above, along with all listening posts, blueprints and treasures, and monument destructions. I think this new 100% category should also include all shop items, which basically means it automatically includes all bonus objectives on mafia missions
In theory, a "perfect" playthrough would include:
- All 110 Blueprints
- All 110 National Treasures
- All 21 Monuments
- All 56 Listening Posts
- All Faction Contracts
- All bonus objectives
- All secret objectives (e.g. not being detected by Chinese during "A Proper Function of Government")
- All Challenge Contracts (indicated by: $)
- Capture (not kill) all Deck members
- "Good" ending for Song contract
But who would ever run this? And, perhaps more importantly, who would ever watch this? I think the current 100% rules are much more accessible/logical.
