do i have to manually end time when the camera switches since the IGT Livesplit doesn't have an end time for that? (closest being the end time on death)
No, just go based on the IGT time the autosplitter gives you. This is an oversight on my part.
Before the autosplitter was created, the timing for this was when the camera view switches to the ship. But because the autosplitter itself works using the actual game code/memory, it splits it the moment it detects the player is dead which in the case of solo runs, is the frame that you lose control of your player. (Aka. When your pov goes from first person, to third person)
That's something I definitely need to update in the actual category rules, which I will do now.
Note: The first run you submitted, I made sure the time was the proper timing, so that's all good :)
