Hey, sorry if this is a silly question. I've been practicing this on PS4. In a lot of runs I'm seeing a "Send to Item Box" feature that doesn't seem available on my game. I'd thought completing the game utilizing 3 item boxes would unlock that, however that doesn't seem to have made this available. Is there an input I'm missing, or is this something I have to unlock? If the latter, how?

Sorry if this is a basic question, my google-fu is failing me.

NG+ items can't be discarded, they get sent to the Item Box instead.

How are people sending the various keys to the item box? Is that a matter of selecting the prompt on a NG+ item to allow that option to show on an item that it typically shouldn't appear for?

I'm pretty sure they might be discarding them? I don't know without seeing a video what exactly you're trying to get explained here buddy.

You got me to re-review the footage I was thinking of. I thought I saw something I didn't. I must be going crazy. I didn't know about sending the NG+ items, i think that's all i was seeing but i wasn't registering what was going on properly. Thanks for sorting out my admittedly silly confusion. :)
