good question, but the rules simply say "unlockables", plural, meaning, all of them, so as of now, yes
Isn't the TMP bad damage wise and only has 9 magazines overall and appear midway into the game?

Hello. We have decided to exclude the 3.6 rule, top 5 runners are no longer required to use check.cfg at the end of the run. Also small correction to name of the "All Key Items", it is now "All Key Items + NMG". Have a nice day.
