Saved about 10 seconds shooting the door, a couple of seconds from using Russian, and about 8 seconds from just better play.

I still think there is a lot of time to save in the NSN section. I believe it is possible to make the jump at the start of the platform bit towards the end, but I didn't really want to risk it since my run was good up until that point.
