Aggressive strats were used, which I wouldn't use in a full-game speedrun. The video is a no commentary video, but the run with commentary is on my Twitch channel (link in the YouTube description).

This run was on an original top-load NES console with a multiport modification. An original Dragon Warrior IV cartridge was used with an 8bitdo N30 bluetooth controller with turbo. I manually played up to Chapter 4 and saved before speedrunning this chapter, so no game-genie nor other hacks were used.
