You only needed to kill 58 enemies for a 100% kills here, but I thought I missed at least 2 cameras so I killed an enemy that spawns out of bounds which isn't necessary for the normal 58 kill count and was hoping to get at least one of the cameras I missed on my way back. But as it turns out the cameras ran into each other at some point, meaning I wasted time killing that one enemy who is out of bounds and got 59/59 kills instead of 58/58. And since the level has 11 nukes, I only needed to get 10, which is why I clearly skipped one in the video.
