Iceman beat a few hours ago my record on this mission, so the only solution about that problem was beating him again.

If i could control the burnout action a little more maybe the time would be a flat 19s.

[EDIT ICEMAN] I used LiveSplit to time the run also (21.94s) Since it is such a tight timeframe.
