The most important part to speedrunning dredgers is the Overlay. Simply pressing F3 while in game will show it to you.

All speedruns go by overlay timer and only continuous proof is taken in. No cuts, speed-ups or screenshots of the end. Cheat engine cheaters are already plentiful.

The forums are for sharing builds, though videos can also be used.
