This leaderboard uses the rules set by the nicowiki community (with the exception of the No Dragonloop category, for which they have no entry). While nicowiki is the largest source of records for many Dragon Quest games, they do not accept submissions that were not broadcast on niconicodouga, and they do not allow reprinting of the information on their wiki. However, there are players that either can not or will not broadcast on NND, but still wish to play by their community rules.

This leaderboard is a place where nicowiki rules players can submit their times regardless of the platform they broadcast on, and have an opportunity to compare their records and be seen. We will accept any submission with a verifiable video link, from YouTube, Twitch, and of course, NND as well. We do want to strictly keep to submissions that have videos, as we believe being able to see and learn from other players' runs is important.

If you are a veteran player with a video run to submit, we invite you to submit your run and help us fill out our board with records from everywhere! If you are a brand new player, please join our Discord by following the invite link on the left sidebar. There are many great players there who want to help you enjoy Dragon Quest speedruns!
