Over 11,000 attempts on the US version to get to this point, many of which were me just building up better instincts for how to react to everything that can go wrong. Then Baize laid down a template for how things should be done and the rest is just repetition and patience.
Special shoutout to Nolekins who encouraged me early on to push for a better time when I honestly did not have any interest in working my way up the leaderboard.
Also thanks to Rob who sat through hours and hours of this garbage just to be a supportive brother.
The last couple PBs I set in this felt like hollow victories because I knew I could do better - there was always something that went especially wrong that made me annoyed enough at myself to try again. This one is from start to finish a solid run with minor timelosses throughout that certainly add up, but there's nothing here that makes me thoroughly upset. This is the culmination of all that time and energy thrown at a silly niche hobby and I can walk away feeling genuinely fulfilled by what I accomplished.
