Back in part 3, we saw how we could use the Franklin conversation to get Bernard or Laverne to where Hoagie is. And in part 4, we saw how you could quantum-swap the contract to give battery ingredients to Red.

Let's combine these two glitches.

Teleswapping and the battery ingredients skip

We'll assume Bernard's got the contract (Laverne would also work), and Dr. Fred is in his office.

Get Bernard to the past, and move him next to Franklin. Switch to Hoagie, and go to the basement.

Switch to Bernard, talk to Franklin, and choose "Well, see ya". The camera will move to Hoagie in the basement, but you'll still be controlling Bernard. Quantum-swap the contract, and switch to Bernard before the game crashes. Repeat, and then switch to Hoagie and give Red the oil.

Teleswapping and the dinner certificate skip

We'll assume Bernard's got the contract (Hoagie would also work in theory), and Dr. Fred is in his office.

With Laverne, get the skunk. Get Bernard to the future. Now, with Bernard, try to enter the grandfather clock. Bernard will stay where he is, but Laverne will get sent to the kennel, and the camera will move to the kennel as well. But you'll still be controlling Bernard. Quantum-swap the contract. The tentacle guard will get the dinner certificate and leave.

Now, use the skunk. Laverne will try to get to the switch and get shocked. Luckily, right after that the force field will magically disappear, and Laverne will use the skunk.

You can now get Laverne to the basement, as shown in the teleswapping and the dinner certificate skip video.

Note that, in the video, Laverne seems to be wearing the flag costume. That's not really the case, though; when you get the skunk with Laverne, the game loads an animation where she's got the flag costume. After that, she keeps the fake costume (you might notice it's fake because some parts are green instead of blue). But it doesn't count as "wearing the flag costume". Otherwise you wouldn't be sent to the kennel.
