This is a pretty simple map since there's so many power-ups throughout the map and an invulnerability almost right away. You can hit all the switches to raise floor while riding the elevators up.

Only small time-save I found was to skip a switch in the 3rd spider fight by hitting the switch to lower elevator through wall.
