This is a pretty long map and I couldn't find any major skips.

I try to use first invulnerability to get to blue key and grab some rocket ammo in that area.

I kill a lot of enemies so I don't get stuck on the jumps. Am sure I could have skipped the secret with invul and supercharge since I had so much life.
