This map can be kind of confusing the first playthrough since there's so many secrets and the blue key is optional which leads to the secret exit. All you need to do is get the yellow and red keys and hit 2 buttons to open the exit door and raise the bridge to the exit.

Big time saves came from using 2 secrets for faster route. One after yellow keygrab and second towards the end of the run.
