Grabbing super shotgun in the beginning may not be best, but otherwise you have to kill a shotgunner on the way to row of barrels or use your pistol which is hard to do fast.

You can also jump the left railing on the last staircase with the two pinkies, but if you mess up you can lose the run. Would be more direct route to the final elevator.
