This was a fun map to get sub 1-minute, but there are some difficult sections.

Jump to yellow key skips having to use blue key, but the mancubus can be pretty annoying. You can use him to build momentum to make the jump too.

You can skip the teleport in front of blue key and get it straight away, but for some reason the exit is only opened if you get blue key the intended way.

Those hellknights are a pain and will often block you from lowering blue key in one cycle.
