This map was hard to come up with a decent opening but I decided on grabbing shotgun shells and the super shotgun to deal with the enemies around red bars. I found this glide extremely difficult to get quickly and I'm sure just grabbing the red key as intended would be faster than this run, but if you could get the glide quickly it would save a good chunk of time.
