This has been the most frustrating map I've ever played, though I am somewhat to blame. I could not figure out how to open bars to the final teleporter when the clue was the maps name itself. You need to kill all three mancubus which I didn't even know could be a trigger. I tried getting the archvile to res mancubus a bunch but it seems you have to kill all 3.
I start with a rocket jump that skips yellow key saving a bunch of time. It may be possible to just strafe jump the gap but I came up just short, there's even a torch you can build momentum up on. I do this section first because it's the hardest trick of the run but you can kill the mancubus in any order. I definitely lose some time having to go back where the rocket launcher was to do that section. It's worth noting that the secret after the first revantant with the 2 health and green armour is a softlock if you get locked inside.
The blue key spot has a very small ledge you can use to get around the torches. This doesn't save a ton of time, maybe 5 seconds but you take much less damage from the damaging floor if any.
I save the mancubus behind the blue door for last because annoyingly if the archvile resurrects them the teleporter will become blocked off and you'll need to kill them again. I don't shoot when I enter the blue door until I'm in the next room to try and prevent this from happening. I missed closing the door behind me but if you manage to do that the archvile will often not wake up at all.
To top it all off you can race the crusher that blocks the final exit. It's definitely a little annoying to pull off at the end of the run but that trick saves 30 seconds alone.
