This is just my first attempt after coming up with a route. Thankfully this map is much easier to survive than the first because of all the health available. Unfortunately there's a big wait that you have to do making this map pretty annoying to speedrun.

In the room you have to wait you can actually softlock yourself if you don't lower the stairs leading into the pit.

In the blue keycard room you can actually escape back to the main area without raising the stairs. If you hug the wall where the stairs are they must stick out a bit because you can still climb them back up. This would save a ton of time if you could grab blue keycard without going through either elevator.
