This level it's not easy to survive the ending. Played about 90 minutes and had 8-9 clears so about one every 10 minutes.

Made it through first door with 100% health once. Making it through with more than 80% wasn't uncommon.

I chicken out and grab extra health after first door and it ends up saving the run.

You can sometimes get 2 shotgunners in final big room with one shot but this is where I had most runs end.
