Almost 2 minutes cut from my last run.

I lower chaingun and shoot before grabbing it preventing the pain elemental from spawning. Am sure this could be skipped but you have to go through that room 2 more times.

This was the first time I've seen the 2 hell knights guarding yellow key in this position. It made grabbing the yellow key very easy.

Great exit too, was going for sub 1 minute for about half an hour before getting this run.
