This is my first clear. This is 100% possible to complete using the any% route but very difficult. I decided to start killing enemies in the first room and I was still experimenting when I found this setup. After making jump I take my time with the chaingunners because they can wreck you super quick. The rest of the run is a sprint and I only get minor stucks a couple times. Spent around 2 hours trying the any% route and made it to the final baron twice before giving up and deciding to kill some enemies. As a side note I think I made it out of the first room with more than 90% health twice in that time and more than 80% health a dozen times at least.
