Unlocks the hidden commands in the console. This particular unlocker also unlocks "noclip" functionality in a workaround by attaching it to "god". So typing "god" into the console will then give you noclip

• getviewpos
• setviewpos last
• g_disableGameTimeScaling 0 (more for fun than anything, disables slowdown on parry)
• bind <key> <function>
• ui_menu_devmaps 1 (unlocks dev checkpoints to teleport to and practice)
• g_showSpeeds 0, con_noPrint 0, com_printFilter "player 0 velocity" (prints player speed to the console/screen)
• ai_armor_showdebugtext 1 (prints enemy armor health & damage to console - can be used with noPrint & print filter
• ai_faction_overrideEmotion_player 1 (essentially NoTarget, enemies wont attack you)
