Back before RCP and RCB was allowed the NoSS run was a display of who could do the minigames the fastest. After we allowed RCP and RCB the run now skips 99% of flying, most of swimming, and potentially most of running.Some view the run as being too similar to any% now/ too boring, while others want to keep it as it is.
