I was doing some runs in Donkey Kong Jr. for the first time in a while today and ended up getting a PB. I was really excited about it, but upon frame counting and taking another look at the run, I noticed in the controller input display that I was using the turbo A and B key inputs for the entirety of my recordings today. I will post the video below so you can see for yourself: I'm very disappointed that I did not take a closer look at the controller input before I did my runs today, but I'm wondering if this actually gave me an advantage during gameplay. The only instance where I'd need to mash buttons is when I climb across vines, which the A and B buttons are not needed for. Either way, I assume I will not be able to submit this run. |

In the meantime, I'll do some more runs now that I've fixed my input. I just wanted to vent for a second, I hope you understand how frustrated I am lol. |
