Mirror Mode category added

Mirror Mode now has its own leaderboard as a full-game category. This consists of completing every level in Mirror Mode (essentially the second half of a 200% run). This can be compared to the existence of Green Stars as a category in SMG2. This will hopefully serve to create more interest in 200% in the future!
TA timing (breaks allowed) for 200% and File Completion
Breaks are now permitted for 200% and File Completion across the three DKCRs. This is in line with what many other communities have done by now; the delay here was down to low activity in these categories (one 200% run in 3D and nothing in HD as of writing :P), rather than actual opposition
