A solid 2 second improvement over the previous record! Smoke grenades are essential for the first ladder, but you have to hesistate near the bottom to drop it. Otherwise it bounces so high Dick sees you and blows up a hostages. Smoke in the bottom right slow-mo room is pretty consistant, taking only a little extra time to ensure the bomb hostage isn't killed and the fanactic doesn't execute. RNG time saves are Tiny Terrors being fast where you want them to open doors, and getting a Kurtz (black suit) in the top right to open the door instead of having to walk over to snipe.
