Welcome to RNG the level with your host Detonator Dick (official name). Going for 3 star you want flash bangs to cover for Dick going down instead of dying. Grenades, however, avoid having to enter the first car which has 2 spawn points for staggered spawns, one of which can waste up to 3 seconds.
My luck on this run was ridiculous. My previous bests were a recorded 46s and unrecorded 43s. Dick worked for me instead of against me either dying when shot or blowing up hostages I was nowhere near. The biggest surprise was how fast the zombie car cleared. Usually they linger at the far right with one hiding behind the automatic door. Passing under the 2nd and 3rd skylight spawns even more zombies, so not needing to go past the first skylight meant no extra spawns and a faster finish time!
To anyone interested in submitting a run, at least one mod (Wavuvi) is checking for new runs multiple times a week. Remember to jump cancel your shotgun slowdown and turn off ALL skills (including team) for fresh runs!
