Description
The arrest target will stay put if and allow immediate arrest if he never sees you. The 3 smoke grenade setup allowed approaching him to achieve this right past his guards.
Jumping out the 4th story window -should- make the final room of the next building visible. Once and a while this doesn't work, preventing sniper support from hitting the 1 enemy in that room.
