Professionals Abroad DLC categories are ready

With the new DLC comes new missions to go fast! Dust off your HK512 and get your breach charges primed for:
- 1 new chapter with 12 new brutally hard individual levels
- A separate full game category, 96 missions, which includes the new content
- IL runners rejoice, the devs have listened and provided 2 millisecond places for the mission complete screen. This should make future ties much less likely!
- New level cap of 21. Every agent can get all of their personal perks unlocked and provide 4 points to the team tree. Maxing every character out means all perks are unlocked for everyone. No more team skill mule!
Get back in the field and kick some doors. Quickly.
