Here I did many small mistakes from bad execution, and two big time losses:

• 15s in The Big Olive because I failed plateforming to pick the first letter E.
• 35s in Passageways because I missed 2 coins leading to a non-mandatory Death Abuse.
• About 30s from bad RNG in Hydra, Medusa and Hades.

So I believe that a 43:XX run is fairly achievable, and 42:XX too if I include fast Death Abuse strats in Cyclops.
