Ok so to explain this game in a bit better detail, the Any% is around 30 mins shorter than 100% due to the fact that you only need to do one tour less.
Any% Route:
- Clubman Tour (All Races)
- Amateur Tour (All Races)
- Pro Tour (All Races apart from UK2 on Hope and Glory)
In each tour there are 4 events, in each of these events contains races spread across several categories of cars which include Rally, Buggies, Raid (SUV's and Trucks) and Trailblazer.
NOTE: Some of these events only include one race so you won't always be doing several races all the time.
Once you unlock the Subaru WRX Body Kit 1 (It should be a SLIME livery) you should be looking at using this as this is a high downforce setup along with shorter gear ratios which make your car a bit quicker in terms of lap time compared to the standard WRX and also the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo which you unlock very early on.
Using different body kits has different effects with cars, for example one body kit may have high downforce (Spoiler, tarmac tyres etc.) which is ideal for circuit racing as well as long sprint races. This also applies to Raid and Buggy vehicles when they are able to be used.
Go through the races one by one and when you reach the end of the Amateur Tour you will unlock the Ford Escort MK2 which is one of the fastest vehicles in the game and can be used in all races thereafter, this vehicle can be tricky to handle so you might want to have a play around with it in a playthrough so that you can get used to the handling. One thing to mention is that on trailblazer races DO NOT use the Escort MK2 as this has a lower top speed compared to the BMW Z4 or Nissan 350Z.
Once you get through most of the Pro Tour races you'll only need to beat UK1 on the Hope or Glory event as this is the final event in the game and once you cross the line that's the end of the Any% run!
100% Route:
- Clubman Tour (All Races)
- Amateur Tour (All Races)
- Pro-AM Tour (All Races)
- Pro Tour (All Races)
This is essentially the same as the Any% route however instead of skipping the Pro-AM tour you'll do that one before the Pro Tour and finish both races in the Hope or Glory event, another major part of this run is that you'll be using the Escort MK2 for half of the run so make sure you know how to handle it! ;)
Of course for both of these runs you can use any cars you like in whichever events you like, best of luck and have fun! :)
