Could timing be done without accounting for loading?

With the Xbox version being by far the only viable system to speedrun this game on due to loading times, is there any way timing could be done without accounting load times? Banning emulators and USB/SD loaders only restricts access to playing the game, especially when the Xbox version is still way faster than a Wii running the game off a USB stick through Nintendont. I'd love to seriously run this game, but I don't have a working Xbox/360/the Xbox version of Rumble Arena 2.

TLDR: The Xbox version is the only viable option to run, while emulators are banned, and every other console loses several seconds per loading screen.

I actually had to specifically go out and buy an xbox because the runs were too slow lmao. Was gonna use it for other games anyway and was cheap, but still a bit silly. Defs keep on keeping on with it, wouldn't be opposed to timing without loads to make the game more accessible.
