Tool: DOS Game launcher

Easiest way to play D/Generation DOS version on Windows. Includes dosbox-x and batch files for starting.
Installation instructions
- Unzip to a folder
- Copy your D/Generation game files (v1.0) to the "game" directory inside the folder
- Start playing with dgen.bat
Save states can be saved and loaded with F11+S and F11+L, and switched between slots with F11+period and F11+comma. See the dosbox-x docs for other useful keys.
The game launcher starts the game on 2013-04-09, which is the date the game gives you the best drops for Any%.
100% rules defined
The previous rules for 100% were a bit unclear, as it stated that all enemies must be killed. That's not possible with turrets, so the 100% rules have been updated to be more well-defined:
100% criteria:
- Must collect all items that can be picked up.
- Must secure all rooms that can be secured.
