There's room for more executional perfection, but I'd guess this is just about the ideal routing. Maybe you could jump under the platform at the parapets and bounce up a little closer to the springboards, but I don't imagine you save much time, if any. Alternatively you could angle the bounce up past the parapet to get closer too, but I'm not sure if the positioning is right to capitalize on that too much more than dashing across with the bird is.
