Rules here need to be rewritten to account for the runs that have been accepted. This run is six seconds slower than the WR, but according to the timing bananaboi says he used (from gaining control in the heaps to skipping oswald's scene PLUS the time of the first cutscene) it's a 12:34. Please just make it so time starts when you gain control in the heaps. This run would be 12:12 and his run would be 12:06.
