Thanks to https://www.youtube.com/@styxspeedrun there is now a satchel set up to take out key enemies which will make the black hawk fly to us as soon as possible. Before and after that part in the mission are just auto scrollers that cannot be sped up. Meaning this strategy is the fastest the mission can be beat. On normal difficulty i get a 9:33. Saving 2 seconds by detonating the satchels at a better time so the helicopter never stops flying during it's flight path. I believe this 9:33 is the fastest possible time for this mission.
