I didn't know how to make LiveSplit stop automatically so the final time is ~30 second overestimate, which I assume is okay.

With the exception of dashing, I came up with everything in this personally (although none of it is that great).

This run is also (to the best of my knowledge) the fewest days needed to win the game glitchless: 7 days counting the cinematic death at the beginning as day 0.
