My current personal best and at this time, world record. I dropped the Survival strat and went with Brutality instead. The reason is that the Concierge fight relies purely on luck when building Survival, because you need a Legendary or at worst a Nutcracker to get a decent time. There are also very few Survival skills. With Brutality however, you can get the Assassin's Dagger for the first boss, and there are a few grenades. Unfortunately I made a big mistake which could have been easily avoided and cost me at least 1 or 2 minutes. The timer stopped 9 seconds too early because it's a work in progress autosplitter.

General strategy:

• Build Brutality ✅
• Find a Wolf Trap ✅
• Unlock Assassin's Dagger for Concierge ❌ (forgot to take the Blueprint)
• Unlock Assault Shield ✅
• Take all timed doors for cells, scrolls and gold ✅
• Have at least 15 stats for the last boss ✅
• Skip Assassin ✓ (failed the full cutscene skip, but got the boss skip)

Areas of improvement:

• Don't forget Ass dagger (easy)
• Do the full cutscene boss skip (easy)
• Avoid taking rune/boss cell by mistake (can be difficult based on placement)
• Better management of the speed bonus on fast kills (hard, depends on loot RNG)
• Get a synergy (pure luck from legendary loot; the perfect run would have a Corrupted Power, Poison Cloud or Fire Grenade drop)
• Skip the first door in Stilt Village (this is extremely improbable as it requires an amulet granting extra jumps)

Short term goal is 20-21mn. Long term goal is sub-20.
