i was reading through the rules on submissions and wanted to ask

if all 4 survivors abandon while downed, does that count as the end time, or is hooking the 4 downed bots still the end requirement

You still have to sacrifice/kill all four survivors. The timer (in kill% runs) ends when the red hook bar next to the last player alive disappears.
