Hello everyone!

I'm developing a custom auto-splitter for Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories, aimed at runs using the ePSXe 2.0.0 emulator, and compatible with the Drop x15 Vanilla version of the game.

The script includes the following features:

• Automatically starts timing when selecting "New Game"
• Only splits upon actual victories (ignores losses and invalid transitions)
• Automatically resets when checking the deck and returning to the main menu

I'd like to know if using this type of auto-splitter is allowed for official leaderboard submissions, or if there are any restrictions on using automated LiveSplit features in this context.

If you want to make an autosplitter, use image recognition.

So, I made this by reading memory directly from ePSXe while running the game. It works normally and doesn’t give the runner any advantage — it just removes the need to manually press the reset and split buttons.

I’ve made it available on git https://github.com/axexkil/Yu-gi-Oh-FM-Auto-Splitter-Live-Split. If it’s deemed invalid for official runs, I’ll take it down. I don’t plan to rebuild it using image recognition — this project already took a lot of effort, and I wouldn’t be motivated to redo it that way if it's not allowed.

Hey, i have same but i fixe one ploblem on your auto splitter.

Problem on your splitter:

If you return on the menu your timer is reset, not possible to continue with load save.( on PoY version, is reset only if you start run)

You have multi files , PoY have settings on one files for select or unselect split duel by duel .

PoY have add version of epsxe 1.9.x and 2.0.2(that is useless)

PoY have add All Duelist.
