Using the PAR code "8e4a=0" you can change the starting hearts to 0. One hit will make you lose your elixer, and the next hit will you kill you. Consequence of this restriction is you can get at most 5 hearts before the Desert which means Oasis skip is impossible. It's very fun and challenging. I've done two runs.
