Game running to fast/slow 

This game’s speed is directly connected to your fps. If your fps is higher or lower than 60 it will cause the game to be at an incorrect speed. Go to your monitor setting and change your fps to 60. 

How to do q displacement

There's a glitch that I call q displacement (if anyone can think of a better name, feel free). It works when you wall slide and then press q. That will send you to seemingly random spots, but it is somewhat consistent. Where you teleport depends on the x(horizontal) position of the wall, and the checkpoint the game thinks you are currently on, not the y(vertical) position of the wall. Some x positions (and checkpoint combinations)will let you teleport above or below the map. Using being inside the map, you can sometimes use walls inside out of bounds to do the glitch to get back in bounds, or on stage 1, you just fall off the edge of the map and then walk towards where the next stage would be and you just go there.

Also using this glitch, you're able to get 1 frame times on many checkpoints. To do this, first, go to the checkpoint you are trying to get 1 frame on. Next, find a wall that you can slide against to teleport somewhere in the bounds of that checkpoint (note this part *isn't possible* on some checkpoints, as they just don't have a spot for this). Finally, go to the next checkpoint (note that this *doesn't* work on the final checkpoints as they don't have any more ahead of them) and then press q. 

Also using this glitch, you are able to get completely 0 second in game times in nocuts, so that's why there are glitched and glitchless categories. Q Displacement completely makes any competition with glitchless runners pointless.
